2026-09-29 — Production account sign-in

The API dashboard now uses production Clerk authentication. Sign in with Apple is configured; access remains through the beta waitlist. Create and manage API keys in the dashboard.

Production accounts are separate from development accounts. Existing development keys are not automatically transferred to a production account. Contact support if you need help with access.

2026-09-28 — Profiles closer to the ground

Profiles can include heights from 10 metres above ground when the model column supports them. Requests below the supported range return a coverage error. The response includes the available height range; clients should not silently substitute another height.

2026-09-25–26 — Client libraries and MCP

Published the vertical-weather Python and TypeScript clients and the remote MCP server. All use the same atmospheric profile API and account limits.

The service is a free beta with no availability SLA. Limits and features may change. As stated in the terms, we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can, by email or on this website. This changelog records API and account-access changes; it is not a live availability monitor.
